Raizcorp Principals are those companies that partner with us to drive the growth of enterprise development, while they further their strategic objectives.
At the other end of the process are the small business owners who enter the ARIZE programme and benefit from its support. They also enter into a contract with Raizcorp and they become ARIZE beneficiaries.
What the Principal pays for
In essence, Principals sponsor bursaries for black-owned SMEs to participate in one of the Raizcorp ARIZE programmes. 100% of this spend is allocated to the enterprise development component of the BEE scorecardThe BEE scorecard focuses on 6 main elements within the South African workplace. Principals may award the bursaries to candidates (beneficiaries) of their own choice, subject to Raizcorp's selection process, or Raizcorp may recommend beneficiaries from its own pool of successful applicants.

A far more delicate process whereby a Principal supports companies within its present supplier base.
Potential Partners
An investment in potential future partners for the Principal’s business.
Channel (brokers, customers, etc.)
An investment in the Principal’s to-market channel, thereby increasing the probability of success and growth in sales revenue.
Staff Retention
Family members of the Principal’s employees receive support for developing their businesses.
