Raizcorp Principals are those companies that partner with us to drive the growth of enterprise development, while they further their strategic objectives.

At the other end of the process are the small business owners who enter the ARIZE programme and benefit from its support. They also enter into a contract with Raizcorp and they become ARIZE beneficiaries.

Raizcorp Kevin Lester Enterprise Developement Raizcorp The Right Way

Raizcorp has been active in the field of enterprise development in South Africa since 2000. Over this period Raizcorp has become, arguably, the leading provider of enterprise development services in South Africa.

To make matters worse, approximately 45% of South Africa's entrepreneurs are ‘necessity entrepreneurs’, i.e. they would take the first available job if it came along.

The beneficiaries of Enterprise Development should be companies that are at least 51% black-owned.

Raizcorp believes that entrepreneurs hold the key to unlocking the wealth of the developing world.

Raizcorp is also the only for-profit, unfunded incubator of its type in Africa.

"At Raizcorp you get the 'know-how' on how to grow your business. Raizcorp doesn't only concentrate on the business - it concentrates on Personal Development too. Things are interlinked - you can't run a successful business if your personal life is in a mess - there needs to be a balance. Raizcorp has given me that balance!" - Rose Sibisi, Vuros Interiors
